Prior to that, Kaila has always been called impulsive and shocking -- only to discover she's a Splenic Projector with a life's purpose to instinctually move through life and literally "shock" others.
Her gift is seeing and reading an individual's unique energy and translating it using the human design system to provide efficient solutions for productivity, efficiency and ease in business and relationships.
In a time where employee burnout, retention and job satisfaction is more important than ever, Kaila brings the Human Design and energetic strategies into businesses to support CEO and C-suite leadership, restructure corporate culture and transform internal workflows to increase productivity, retention rate, streamline communication and scale revenue.
3 years after starting KMO and managing a team of four different energy types (Manifestor, Manifesting Generator, Generator, and Projector), Kaila understands the importance of how a person feels when they are doing the job. The feeling, the frequency is equally as important as the skill.
Kaila also incorporated Human Design with her brand clients' to understand their energy as founders and team members to optimize the partnership and enhance productivity by tailoring how the metrics were shared and the status calls were structured based on how they received and digest information best.
At age 29, Kaila discovered Human Design.
